An AI customer service chatbot from international delivery service DPD went rogue last week, writing poetry about how useless it was, criticizing the company and even using profanity. The exchange with a customer went viral on X.
Parcel delivery firm DPD have replaced their customer service chat with an AI robot thing. It’s utterly useless at answering any queries, and when asked, it happily produced a poem about how terrible they are as a company. It also swore at me. 😂

3. The Market is Officially in an AI-Driven Bull
Throughout banking crises, Fed rate hikes and recession concerns last year, optimism around artificial intelligence kept markets up. Now, after the S&P500 closed at a new record high on Friday, we’re officially in an AI-driven bull market.
Small caps lagging shouldn’t be that surprising.
In case you haven’t noticed, the dominant narrative of this bull market is #AI.
It’s a winner take most market… just like search and social media networks.

1. Sam Altman Still Hustling to Build Chip Factories
After his ouster from and return to OpenAI, Sam Altman has argued vociferously that reports that he was working on non-OpenAI projects are incorrect. However, Bloomberg has a new report with more details of Altman’s fundraising efforts to build a network of factories globally to manufacture more AI chips.
Ok this is unfathomably based if true.
@sama actually making an American TSMC?!
This is the best news I've heard in years.
America is so f*cking back.
