5. Dell Teams With Nvidia on AI
Dell is the latest company to hear the (Siren?) song of artificial intelligence. The company has announced Dell Generative AI Solutions that will offer hardware setups and managed services to clients. Additionally, they’re partnering with Nvidia for a more advanced offering as well as prepping new computers with built-in AI capabilities.

4. Instagram Working on an AI Content Label
A feature-leaker extraordinaire has shared some images that suggest that Instagram is working on a label for content created with generative AI as part of a set of AI-related upgrades. Responsible company or just getting ahead of anticipated regulations?
#Instagram is working to label the contents created or modified by #AI in order to be identified more easily 👀

3. OpenAI Files GPT-5 Trademark
Speaking of future features, some Twitter users have read the tea leaves (i.e. the trademark applications) and discovered that OpenAI has recently filed a trademark application for GPT-5. One notable aspect is that they say the software will have the capacity for “the artificial production of human speech.”
OpenAI has filed a trademark application for:
“GPT-5”
which includes “software for”:
“the artificial production of human speech and text”
“conversion of audio data files into text”
"voice and speech recognition"
"machine-learning based language and speech processing"

2. Google Assistant Gets an AI Upgrade
In truly one of the least shocking pieces of news we’ve ever covered, Google is reimagining its Assistant app for the generative AI era. As part of the changes, a number of teams have been combined and a small number of employees (dozens out of thousands overall) have been laid off.
When is someone going to port a LLM over to:
- Alexa
- Google Assistant
- SiriThese devices are dumb as hell.

1. Meta Launching AI “Personas”
Meta chief Mark Zuckerberg has talked previously about the idea of creating AI personas that could interact with users in a humanlike way. According to the Financial Times, a version of those personas could be coming as soon as next month. The company has apparently trained one to interact with the personality of Abraham Lincoln? Honestly, we’re kinda in for that.
🚨@Meta plans to launch AI chatbots with different personalities and functions to retain users.
Prototypes of the chatbots are already underway, and the final products will be capable of holding discussions with users at a human level.
